If you live in the Triangle, you can visit my Durham office to meet in person. Sessions are held in a beautiful sun-lit space.

My office is located in a residential area in SouthEast Durham, near the intersection of NC-54 and NC-55, centrally located to downtown Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill.  The address and directions will be provided once an appointment is scheduled.

For those outside the area, videoconferencing and cell phones make it possible to get the support and guidance you need, at a time and place that is convenience to you. Have a cup of tea on your favorite couch, or dial in on your lunch break from a conference room. Nourish yourself and your relationships while you are traveling for business or exploring the world. We'll find an arrangement that suits your unique needs and circumstances.

Wherever you are located, you can schedule time to discuss a single, specific issue on an as-needed basis, or you can enter counseling on a weekly or every-other-week basis to work on specific goals or challenging issues.  I'm happy to work with you to find an arrangement that suits your needs.
